WePlay to run Academy League Season 2 in September-November
The newcomer has been brought on just two weeks after fnatic‘s youth team parted ways with prosus, the German 18-year-old who returned to his previous home, BIG Academy, after playing the WePlay Academy League’s opening season with the international squad.
fnatic Rising are back to a full roster with the addition of Banjo
The Finnish youngster’s first event on the HLTV database dates back to March of 2021, when he joined veterans Kimmo “BASiC” Fagerholm and Toni “STOVVE” Liukkonen in croveNt for Elisa Nordic Championship Finland.
Banjo then played with SAWO in April, once again alongside STOVVE, where he and his team managed to go all the way to the late stages of the first IEM Summer Open Qualifier bracket before falling in 9-16th place to forZe.
Banjo now sports a 1.06 rating for the past three months ahead of the upcoming WePlay Academy League season, with only a handful of maps played in a second-place run at Tubecon Games Finnish Championship with NYYRIKKI in August.
fnatic Rising are now:
Kevin “Kevve” Bohlin
Peppe “Peppzor” Borak
Iulian “regali” Harjău
Francisco “kst” Fragoso
