Develoepr ILMxLAB has announced that Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition is will be coming to PlayStation VR2 as a launch title, meaning that its release date is February 22. The studio has also kicked off pre-orders for the VR title.
Announced for PlayStation VR2 back in September, Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition puts players in the shoes of multiple characters, including a Droid repair technician on Batuu, before taking players on a journey throughout the Star Wars setting, like a First Order facility.
Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition features three adventures after finishing the special missions in the cantina—Players can become a Jedi in the Temple of Darkness, train with their padawan in The Sacred Garden, and become an assassin Droid IG-88 in The Bounty of Boggs Triff.
Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition got a trailer back when it was first announced that showed off gameplay as well as locales from throughout the Star Wars setting.
