After the initial wave of multiple games launching each Friday, Apple went into a pattern of releasing one new game per week on the gaming subscription service. With people unsure whether to expect a new game or big updates to games on the service, Apple is seemingly back to a game a week after Roundguard () from Wonderbelly Games has arrived on the service last week. Today’s addition is Spyder () from Sumo Digital.
Spyder was revealed back in March 2019 alongside The Chinese Room’s Little Orpheus as games in development for Apple Arcade. Spyder lets you see the world from a new perspective as a tiny robot spider. You can use robot gadgets and explore large environments set in a retro universe.
