While some teams are spontaneously made for the egos of individuals and then disbanded, Black Night was around for a couple years. It’s possible that they used Ragnarok to secure a small sponsorship, and then pocketed it and disbanded. Or maybe they just really hated Ragnarok for some reason and wanted to stick it to him. All speculation though.
