Call of Duty: Vanguard’s many special editions come with different bonuses and price points, and some of those bonuses change based on whether or not you pre-order the game or wait until launch to pick it up. Here’s everything you need to know about the many purchasing options for Vanguard.

Pre-Order Incentives

First up, pre-order bonuses. If you pre-order any digital edition of Vanguard, you’ll receive the following bonuses:

Digital Standard Edition (PS4, Xbox One) – $60

Digital Standard Edition includes the base game, plus:

This version does not include next-gen improvements such as higher framerates, shorter load times, and so on. Upgrades to the next-gen versions will be available in the corresponding console shop.

Digital Cross-Gen Bundle (PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S) – $70

This bundle include the base game playable on both console generations plus:

Any progression made on one console generation will transfer to the new one if you decide to upgrade.

Digital Ultimate Edition – $100

Includes the base game playable on both console generations or PC, plus:

Pre-ordering the Digital Ultimate Edition will also earn players 10 Battle Pass Tier Skips.

Physical Standard Edition (PS4, Xbox One) – $60

Includes the base game, which can be played on either generation of console but doesn’t offer next-gen improvements. No physical version is offered for PC.

Physical Standard Edition (PS5, Xbox Series X|S) – $70

Includes the base game with next-gen improvements. The Xbox Series X Standard Edition also includes an Xbox One version of the game on disc.
