Phantasy Star Online 2 Is Getting Items From Yakuza And Other Sega Franchises

Phantasy Star Online 2 is getting items from Yakuza, Valkyria Chronicles, and more for a limited time. The Sega Legacy collection, which is available now through July 14, contains outfits, accessories, and more so players can dress up as their favorite character from some of Sega’s franchises. If you ever wanted to dress up as Goro Majima and spam “Kiryu-chan!” in the chat, now is your time.

The collection items are available through the game’s scratch ticket system, which gives players a random item from the collection. The scratch tickets cost 200 AC apiece, which is about $2 USD.

Notable items include the Akira Yuki’s outfit from Virtua Fighter, Goro Majima’s outfit from Yakuza, and Alicia’s outfit from Valkyria Chronicles. The full list of available items can be found on PSO2’s official website.

PSO2 recently launched on PC, featuring cross-play and cross-save with the Xbox One version of the game. Other events currently running are the New Face on the Block and Bingo events.
