Today, we list and evaluate players 60-51 in our list of the 2022 NFL Top 100.

60. Khalil Mack

Khalil Mack, a six-time Pro Bowler and three-time First Team All-Pro, will begin the next chapter of his career as a Los Angeles Charger in 2022. He had a less-than-impactful 2021 season, however he missed 10 games due to injury. When he is healthy, he is always on the verge of double-digit sacks and can be a turnover machine. Expect Mack to return to form in a big way during his first year in L.A. -Ben Hendricks

59. Vita Vea

The word disruptive comes to mind when thinking about Vea. He can totally derail an offense’s game plan, as he can beat his man or even sometimes double teams. No player that big should be able to move that quickly. It doesn’t always show up in the stat sheet, but his play helps the rest of the defense to produce. -Joe DiTullio

58. Marlon Humphrey

Humphrey was drafted in the first round by the Baltimore Ravens in 2017 NFL Draft and has been with the franchise ever since. He is a two-time Pro Bowler and is a one-time First Team All-Pro. In 2021, he had 58 total tackles, one interception and one forced fumble. He the league’s best at producing forced fumbles in 2020, ranking at the top of the league in that category with eight. Humphrey will look to have another fantastic season in 2022. -Matthew Brown

57. Cameron Heyward

Heyward has come into his own a bit later in his career. The past five years have given him five-straight Pro Bowl selections and three First Team All-Pro nods. In 2021 he had 10 sacks, nine defended passes and 89 total tackles. Heyward’s numbers should be similar next year. -Ben Hendricks

56. Connor Williams

Williams has switched teams, and will now be with the Miami Dolphins going into the 2022 season. While on the Cowboys in 2021, he started a total of 14 games and allowed one sack and 13 total pressures. The Dolphins badly needed help on the offensive line as they were one of the NFL’s worst during the 2021 season. Williams should be able to help them out. -Matthew Brown

55. Stephon Gilmore

Gilmore is a veteran NFL cornerback who came into the league in 2012 as a first round draft pick. He is a five-time Pro Bowler, which includes his most recent 2021 campaign with the Carolina Panthers. Furthermore, Gilmore started 11 games in 2021. He totaled 16 tackles, two interceptions and one tackle for a loss. He is now heading into the 2022 season with a new team, the Indianapolis Colts. Gilmore will certainly be a force to be reckoned with in Indy. -Matthew Brown

54. Creed Humphrey

Humphrey was one of the best selections in the 2021 NFL Draft, as he fell to the second round. He did a great job as a rookie center on a revamped Chiefs’ offensive line. In just about every metric centers are graded, Humphrey played well and he is set up to improve heading into year two. -Joe DiTullio

53. Joe Thuney

Thuney was brought to the Chiefs in 2021 after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ defensive line demolished Kansas City’s offensive line in the 2020 Super Bowl. He brought a rock solid presence to the guard position, which allowed Patrick Mahomes to return to the AFC Championship Game. As far as guards go, Thuney is one of the very best money can buy. Not a flashy position, really, but Thuney will continue to pass protect and create holes in 2022. -Ben Hendricks

52. Lamar Jackson

Jackson’s 2021 was a bit of a far cry from his MVP season in 2019. However, that does not mean he isn’t liable to return to form next year. Hampered by injury and a bit of a regression throwing the ball last season, he still threw for 2,882 yards and 16 touchdowns, and rushed for 767 yards. Jackson is a premiere quarterback in the NFL and will remind the entire AFC of that in 2022. -Ben Hendricks

51. Fred Warner

Warner is one of the best coverage linebackers in the league and has been a great player for the 49ers. He flies around the field making plays on the ball, as he finished the 2021 season with 137 total tackles. Warner is just entering his prime and can lead the 49ers defense for years to come. -Joe DiTullio
