Apex Legends Season 14 Weapon Tier List

Our Apex Legends Season 14 weapon tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use now that the meta has been shifted once again with the launch of Respawn Entertainment’s latest major balancing update.

With the Hunted patch, although we didn’t get a new firearm, there were a handful of major nerfs and buffs to a wide variety of meta options in the existing loot pool. As such, here is how the weapons stack up at the start of Apex Legends: Hunted.

S Tier

Kicking off the list, the Kraber .50-Cal Sniper, Mastiff Shotgun, Bocek Compound Bow and Rampage LMG all get a free pass to the S Tier considering that they make up this season’s Supply Drop rotation. Meanwhile, the ever-dependable R-301 and Peacekeeper should remain to be two of the game’s most popular guns. In terms of high risers, look no further than the EVA-8 Auto, G7 Scout, 30-30 Repeater and Volt SMG, which should all be highly sought-after ground loot options this season.

A Tier

These six weapons could easily be considered S Tier to some, but most likely will take some time and actual skill to be good with for most. The Wingman and M600 Spitfire ammo changes will be weird to get used to, but should remain powerful options in the right hands. Meanwhile, the R-99 and the C.A.R are still in solid spots, but will likely take back seats now that the Volt has returned from the Care Package rotation. Meanwhile, the Flatline and Hemlok will still be safe, viable weapons to rock.

B Tier

In B Tier are weapons that fare better than average and give you that sense of feeling solid and ready to go after looting for some time. Although they can be used to finish games, there are likely better guns out there for you to depend on. Now that many of the more popular options have left the Care Package and Replicator rotations, it is questionable to think that some would actually go out of their ways to craft the RE-45 and the Devotion if they don’t have to.

C Tier

In the grand scheme of things, these four weapons aren’t actually that bad. You can indeed win fights with them if you play your cards right. However, it’s probably best to go other routes in your matches than using these.

D Tier

Lastly, in D Tier are two weapons that might be good right off of the drop and in the early game, but can confidently be swapped out as the match goes on.

Apex Legends: Hunted is available now on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Origin, Steam).
