Odds as of April 26th at FanDuel Sportsbook
This could be the final game for the MVP odds leader in Nikola Jokic, as the Nuggets got blown out in both games visiting the Dubs this series. He’s projected for a big night of 30.5 points and 13.5 boards.

Steph Curry Scoring and Assisting
Curry has been strictly coming off the bench for the Dubs after Jordan Poole’s brilliance in the starting five. It made sense since Steve Kerr was slowly easing Steph into a heavier load again due to his recent foot injury that he just recovered from. But across the last two games, the Warriors superstar has played 30+ minutes and looks healthy as ever.
In Game 5, he showed out for 33 points and eight assists, despite going just 10 for 23 from the field and 3 for 11 from deep. As you can see, Curry is impacting the game in more ways than one. Not only is he scoring at a high level, but the vet is serving as a very efficient playmaker.
With that in mind, the focus here will be points+assists combined. The mark is set at 33.5 and Steph hit the over in two of his last three outings. In a potential series-clinching contest on Wednesday, expect him to play big minutes again and rise to the occasion. The Nuggets won’t be able to stop Curry.
- Pick: Stephen Curry Over 33.5 Points+Assists (-113)
DeRozan’s Struggles Continue
For most of the regular season, I’d rarely take the under in points for DeMar DeRozan. He was truly brilliant, leading the Bulls into the playoffs. However, Chicago has been absolutely overmatched in this series by the defending champion Bucks, who are doing a great job of containing DeRozan. But, he’s also just struggling to score.

The Bulls forward is averaging 23.3 points in four outings, but that’s mostly because of his 41-point eruption in Game 2. For the most part, the 32-year-old is not the same efficient DeRozan we’ve seen all year. He had 23 points in Game 4, but in Game 3, the USC product took just nine shots and posted a mere 11 points. That being said, he’s only hit over 29.5 points once in the first round.

There is another way to look at this. Without LaVine and Caruso, he will be relied upon to step up heavily and show out in this elimination contest. While I don’t think DeMar is going to have a stinker, I honestly can’t see him going for over 30 points with the way Milwaukee is thriving on the defensive end.
- Pick: DeMar DeRozan Under 29.5 Points (-112)
