The company’s management team is reinforced by Bayes’ well-established employees Axel Fromberg as Senior Director of Sales and Dr. Suzanne Ardisson as Head of Strategic Communications.

Bohlmann holds 10 years of experience in the investment industry, having worked at J.P. Morgan in London and Frankfurt. Before taking over his leadership position at Bayes, Bohlmann acted as the company’s Strategic Projects Lead since January 2022, while also being an Investment Director at a Family Office where he advised other companies, startups and individuals.

Schneider has in its curriculum 17 years of experience working with People & Culture at companies like IKEA and Red Bull. He was also involved in the organisation of the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014, and Rio 2016.

Dr. Ardisson has been at Bayes Esports for three years now but counts 15 years of experience in PR, having worked for companies like Readly and Delivery Hero.

Fromberg completes the team with one year at Bayes, spending four months as a Freelance Sales Consultant before taking over his current position in February this year. He previously worked for companies including AUDI and BMW.

The bolstering of its managment team comes during a moment of expansion for Bayes Esports, after a €6m (~£5.1m) investment in March 2022.

The company recently launched a new partnership programme and has been consistently announcing new partners to a portfolio that already includes tournament organisers such as Riot Games and ESL Gaming, and betting websites like Pinnacle.

Bohlmann, Schneider, Ardisson and Fromberg form the leadership team around Bayes Esports CEO Martin Dachselt and COO Amir Mirzaee.

Dachselt commented on expectations for the near future: “With the recently announced expansion of Bayes Esports into the USA, as well as the upcoming launch of a new odds distribution platform, it’s excellent to see that the company has assembled the strongest possible management team to support and complement its ambitions.”
