No Amazon competitor is going to be caught slippin’ during Prime Day season.
Best Buy’s answer is a “Black Friday in July” sale that starts Monday, July 11 and ends Wednesday, July 14, giving it a one-day edge over Prime Day.
Though the two retailers focus on a lot of the same product categories, Best Buy’s sale will be the one to shop if you’re looking for a new 4K or QLED TV or a laptop.
Is Best Buy matching Prime Day prices?
Best Buy does have a year-round price match guarantee, which includes retailers like Amazon. However, there are some exclusions where they will not lower their prices, including Black Friday sales and other “special daily or hourly sales.” This likely means that it’ll be harder to price match for Prime Day sales.
Worth noting, though: Best Buy has made many of their deals competitive, if not outright better, than what Amazon is offering.
