She is definitely a hero that can deliver death to many players standing in her way to earn bonus points for the Dead Reckoning mini-game. You’ll need to farm in lanes and neutral creep camps to buy the items that can grant Mortred bonus attack damage to slit her enemies. 

You can choose Phantom Assassin to evade incoming attacks from carry heroes in the enemy team. The Agility hero can level up Blur to gain 50% evasion from physical hits. She can activate Blur to vanish from the eyes of her enemies and blink out of danger. Players can earn additional gold from hitting neutral creeps after maxing out Blur for the Phantom Assassin. She can mitigate several neutrals between fighting enemy heroes to purchase key items in Dota 2.

Enemy units affected by a Stifling Dagger have their movement speed reduced by 50% for up to 4 seconds. Stifling Dagger has a cooldown of 6 seconds and requires 30 mana. The low mana cost of Stifling Dagger lets Phantom Assassin nuke enemy creeps from a safe distance to earn gold. 

Phantom Assassin can jump onto an enemy hero with Phantom Strike. The bonus attack speed gained after using Phantom Strike allows players to increase the number of kills for Dead Reckoning. Phantom Strike provides 170 attack speed for 2 seconds and a bonus Lifesteal of 25%. She can regain a portion of her health to survive team fights longer by using Phantom Strike on enemy heroes.

Her ulti, Coup De Grace, grants a 15% chance to hit enemies with a critical strike that deals 450% of her attack damage. Items like Desolator and Daedalus will provide bonus attack damage to eliminate multiple enemy heroes with a few hits from her blades. 

You can purchase a Desolator after getting a few assists in Dota 2 matches while playing Phantom Assassin. Desolator provides 50 attack damage to the carry hero. Physical attacks from Mortred can decrease the armor of enemy units by 6 for 7 seconds. Getting kills with a Desolator can make games more enjoyable with each kill. Players gain 2 permanent attack damage from kills by purchasing Desolator for Phantom Assassin. The bonus attack damage can be stacked to a maximum of 70 attack damage from the item. 

Players who want to unlock the Dead Reckoning Chest faster can purchase a Daedalus for Mortred. Daedalus provides 88 bonus damage that can be effective to wipe out carry heroes before they can kill your allies. The item grants a 30% chance to deal 225% critical damage to enemies with Phantom Assassin. Daedalus costs 5150 gold in Dota 2. 

Legion Commander – Drop Dead Duels 

Legion Commander can decimate her enemies with her Duels. The melee hero can increase her attack speed and force them to attack Legion Commander till they drop dead on the battleground. She can chase enemy heroes and strike them with physical attacks that can drain their health. People can pulverize their opponents with Legion Commander to win Dead Reckoning mini-games in their matches. 

She has a base movement speed of 330 that can help players reach enemy heroes faster in lanes. Legion Commander can buy a Blink Dagger to surprise her opponents in team fights. Blink Dagger can be bought for 2250 gold and lets Legion Commander teleport up to a distance of 1200 in any direction. The item has a cooldown of 15 seconds. 

Players can max out Press The Attack to gain up to 140 attack speed for the melee hero. Legion Commander gains 60 health regeneration for the duration of the spell. Press The Attack lasts for 5 seconds. People can activate Press The Attack before using a Blink Dagger to regain health during Duels. 

The passive ability, Moment of Courage, also provides a 25% chance to restore up to 85% of her attack damage as Lifesteal from physical attacks. You can increase the Lifesteal gained from Moment of Courage by 50% at level 25 through the Talent Tree while playing Legion Commander.

Players can use Blade Mail before casting Duel on enemy heroes to return up to 85% of incoming damage for 5.5 seconds. Blade Mail has a cooldown of 25 seconds and consumes 25 mana. People can gain permanent attack damage as a bonus from winning fights against enemies using her ulti, Duel, to defeat their enemies in Dead Reckoning with Legion Commander.
