Bloomberry Resorts Corporation ‘tops off’ its Solaire Resort North development

In the Philippines and local casino operator Bloomberry Resorts Corporation reportedly held a special ceremony earlier this week to ‘top off’ the construction program for its coming Solaire Resort North development.

According to a report from Inside Asian Gaming, the Manila-listed firm began work on the 40-story property a little over three years ago and is still intent on opening the five-star venue on a 3.7-acre Quezon City site before the end of next year. The source explained that the finished enterprise will be situated adjacent to the Ayala Malls Vertis North retail complex and feature a hotel and a range of retail and meeting facilities as well as restaurants, bars and a mass-market casino.

Favored focus:

Bloomberry Resorts Corporation is already responsible for the 800-room Solaire Resort and Casino development in the Entertainment City district of metropolitan Manila and reportedly disclosed in April that it intends to utilize the coming Solaire Resort North venue to exploit the Philippines’ growing mass-market casino scene. The casino company’s Chairman, Enrique Razon, purportedly simultaneously proclaimed that the new development will ‘profoundly expand’ his company’s domestic footprint and allow it to take full advantage of what he believes will be ‘burgeoning post-pandemic domestic mass and regional premium-mass demand.’

Reportedly read an April 21 statement from Razon…

“We’re still on track for a 2023 opening. Solaire Resort North will be an upscale mass-focused offering that, together with Solaire Resort and Casino and the revamped Solaire Club, will profoundly expand our gaming footprint to take advantage of what we anticipate to be burgeoning post-pandemic domestic mass and regional premium-mass demand.”

Distinguished devotees:

Bloomberry Resorts Corporation purportedly divulged that the Monday ‘topping off’ ceremony for its Solaire Resort North project was attended by several senior Quezon City officials including the giant Luzon community’s mayor, Joy Belmonte. For its part and Asia Gaming Brief used its own report to reveal that this list furthermore encompassed the casino operator’s own Vice-Chairmen, Jose Eduardo Alarilla and Donato Almeda, in addition to the Operations Senior Vice-President for the coming venue, Gianpietro Iseppi.

A statement from Bloomberry Resorts Corporation reportedly read…

“Solaire Resort North is Quezon City’s first five-star destination built to promote the city’s tourism sector and local economy. The property is expected to also offer a hotel, gaming, restaurants and bars, meeting facilities and retail spaces like the pioneering Solaire Resort and Casino development in Entertainment City.”

Coming concentration:

Inside Asian Gaming reportedly finished by noting that Bloomberry Resorts Corporation recently unveiled plans to bring a third gambling-friendly development to the Philippines via its Solaire Entertainment Property Holdings Incorporated arm. This coming project is to purportedly open on a 691-acre plot of Cavite Province land some 37 miles south of Manila following the premiere of the Solaire Resort North venue featuring a hotel, golf course, casino and range of retail and residential amenities.
