Breachway Is A Roguelike Deckbuilding Tactical Strategy Game Set In Space, Releasing In 2023

Indie strategy games publisher Hooded Horse announced that they will be publishing Breachway. This is the debut game from Romanian developer Edgeflow Studio.

Breachway is a roguelike deckbuilding tactical strategy game set in space. Inspired by the likes of Slay The Spire and FTL, you’ll be assembling a crew, a ship loadout and then off to explore space.

You can expect some card synergies by mix-and-matching the equipment you have, and the fights are of a turn-based variety, of course.

There’s some good choice in the aesthetic too, from the small snippets being teased so far. The ships and environment are in 3D with a nice use of shading, accompanied by portrait art for the characters.

Expect to hear more about Breachway next year. Breachway is targeting a release in 2023 for PC via Steam.
