Build-A-Bear celebrating 25th anniversary with new Pikachu plushies

Pikachu has been featured at Build-A-Bear previously, but two new variations have just appeared. There’s a male one with a winking face and another that’s specifically female.

Both are being offered in celebration of Build-A-Bear celebrating its 25th anniversary. Pikachu was specifically chosen as it was the first Pokemon sold by the retailer.

With the winking male Pikachu, it has sparkly yellow fur, a lightning bolt-shaped tail, and a silver paw pad with a 25th Celebration Collection emblem. There’s also a 6-in-1 sound included by a Pokemon varsity jacket and sleeper.

The other Pikachu is pretty similar, but once again, it’s specifically female. It has sparkly yellow fur, a heart-shaped tail, and a silver paw pad with a 25th Celebration Collection emblem. Additionally, a 6-in-1 sound is available, not to mention the purple Pokemon varsity jacket and sleeper.

Fans can place an order for the winking face Pikachu and female version of the creature at Build-A-Bear in the United States here. Those in the UK can grab it here. Note that these two Pikachus will be sold in stores soon as well.
