Dying Light 2: Stay Human has released for PlayStation, PC, GeForce Now, and Xbox, seven years after the original Dying Light.

The sequel places you 22 years after the first game. You play as a new protagonist named Aiden Caldwell who travels between human settlements delivering messages and supplies.

Yes, you can play Dying Light 2 on Xbox One.

“Starting today, players can enter and explore the post-apocalyptic world of Dying Light 2 Stay Human,” Marta Szczechowska, a writer for Techland, says in an Xbox Wire post, “Just like with the original Dying Light game, the release of Dying Light 2 Stay Human is only the beginning, and we’ll keep updating the game post-launch, adding more content, and improving your experience.”

Players on Xbox One systems can also take part in this long-awaited sequel in groups of 2 to 4 players or they can play alone.

The game is rated M for Mature 17+ via the Entertainment Software Rating Board with warnings for Blood and Gore, Suggestive Themes, Strong Language, and Intense Violence.

Players can purchase the game on Xbox systems here and for those unsure, gameplay can be viewed via Dying Light’s YouTube channel.
