Fortnite servers are currently down after technical issues have prevented players from logging in, queueing in matchmaking, and downloading updates following the release of Fortnite 19.20.
Thousands of players have reported issues accessing Fortnite during this time, and it’s only getting worse by the hour.

The news broke on the Fortnite Status Twitter account, where Epic Games has just revealed they would be bringing down Fortnite servers in order to work on these errors.
Fortnite servers have had a tumultuous time in 2022 with several bouts of server problems taking the game offline. Most of these issues are resolved within hours, but some have lasted much longer than others. While Epic Games is already on the case, we expect Fortnite servers will remain down for at least 2 to 3 hours while things are resolved.
