What is the best Genshin Impact Kokomi build?

Genshin Impact’s Kokomi is a unique character, in that she is an all-rounder who can fill all three of the base rolls effectively. Her burst damage makes her a great DPS, her consistent hydro application is great for support, and she has strong heals that can sustain her whole team.

Though her negative crit rate, caused by her passive, does reduce her raw damage capacity, it makes her easier to build as you don’t need to balance her two crit statuses and other damage skills, as you would with other characters.

Genshin Impact Kokomi best weapon

There are different weapon recommendations depending on which role you want your Kokomi to play in battle, but in general Everlasting Moonglow is one of the top picks. For each role below, we’ve listed the top weapon first, followed by some suitable alternates.

Genshin Impact Kokomi artifacts

Ocean-Hued Clam is a brilliant option for both healing and DPS, as the foam that accumulates healed HP deals some nasty damage when it explodes, and with Kokomi’s persistent heal application, is active around pretty much constantly.

On the other hand, Heart of Depth is a great artifact set for Kokomi, as it boosts your all important hydro damage at two pieces, and your normal and charged attack damage after using an elemental skill at four pieces, which will help both your DPS and your healing thanks to Kokomi’s passives.

Artifact Description Where to get
Ocean-Hued Clam Two pieces: Healing bonus +15%
Four pieces: upon healing a party member, a foam appears, accumulating healed HP for three seconds. The foam then explodes and deals 90% of the HP healed as damage to nearby enemies.
