Keep on the move

One of the most important things to avoid in Goo Fighter is getting surrounded. It’s pretty hard to fight your way out when it happens, and the goo will come thick and fast. Instead, keep on the move, and don’t give the slime a chance to trap you in a corner. The more you move, the better you’ll do.

Pick your perks

When you level up you can pick one of three random perks to add to your arsenal. These power you up in a variety of different ways. It’s a good idea to mix and match, with a focus on adding damage and bullets and augmenting them with the other powers the game throws your way.

Watch out for red lines

Red lines mean that a slime is about to attack in that direction. If you’re stood on that red line when it does, it’s going to be game over. When you see a red line, try and get away from it as quickly as you can. Living means you can keep on fighting, which is all this game is about.

Don’t chase the boss

When the boss appears, don’t rush headlong into the goo to try and kill it. It’s going to work its way towards you eventually. Keep killing and keep levelling up instead. That way when the boss does reach you, you’re going to be powerful enough to take it down without any problems.

Spend your cash

When you’ve killed the boss you’ll get a chance to spend some cash on upgrading your stats. Focus on upping your shots and your speed, adding to the offline earning stat now and then. Whenever you’ve got cash to spend, you should spend it. Anything that can give you an advantage against the goo is worth it.
