GosuGamers partners up with Fulcrum Esports

GosuGamers and Fulcrum Esports partners up to elevate gaming and esports in the Philippines.

The esports and gaming industry is expanding rapidly and becoming more recognized as a source of entertainment in Southeast Asia.

And the Phillippines is considered to be one of the most passionate and active esports communities in the world. With a very young population eager to pursue professional careers in the industry, the Phillippines is seeking new ways to put themselves at the forefront of the scene. 

Fulcrum Esports is a young and active local esports and gaming organization that has held various tournaments in the Philippines.

GosuBattles is an esports event platform developed by GosuGamers which will be first launched in the Philippines to develop local tournament organizers and players. This platform will develop capabilities of not only the organizers but the skill level of the players and teams with exposure to more tournaments and organized play.

The partnership with GosuGamers will develop community-level gaming and esports tournaments and events across the country to uplift the gaming experience. These events will give more exposure and experience to players and teams to be discovered by bigger teams and organizations.

We are more than happy to support Fulcrum Esports to develop the gaming scene in the Philippines and to raise the next generation of gamers. But most importantly, we want to create a career path through education for all the gamers in the Philippines

One of GosuGamers’ visions is to foster the growth of existing esports communities by providing multiple opportunities to compete and learn and this partnership with Fulcrum will be the perfect beginning for a healthy and sustainable esports future for those in the Phillippines. 

Eventually, GosuGamers and Fulcrum Esports will be developing workshops and educational materials that will leverage both organizations’ expertise.

The partnership aims to roll out the initial program to target educational institutions and local government units in 2023. These programs will bring education not only to gamers but to their parents as well. The programs will educate the kids and their parents that being in sports is a viable career choice.

We are very excited to partner up with GosuGamers with their GosuGamers Academy for something we are passionate about. Gaming Education also is very important to us not only in terms of teaching kids how to play the right way, but more importantly use it as a platform to develop STEM-based skills
and positive attributes such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and self-care management needed to succeed in life.
