- Head to any of your active Houses in-game
- Open the house, and choose the My Festival tab
- Select the Customize Character option
- Press the button to swap tabs until you see the Voice tab
You can choose between masculine and feminine options. So when combined with all of the other cosmetic options, you have no substantial limit to what you can do. There are many more options for costumes and the like, compared to voices, so hopefully the developers expand that in the future.
