Genshin Impact is known and loved for its complex and rewarding puzzles. While the addition of the Withering can be somewhat confusing at first, it only has a small presence in the story and finding the solution is quite easy, so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem for players to work their way through this part of the story missions.

How To Clear The Withering In Genshin Impact

When you reach the area you need to interact with the nearby green plant. When you approach it says “Summon Dendrograna”. Interact with this plant first, this imbues your weapon with the properties required to remove the Withering.

Once you have interacted with the Dendrograna plant you can attack the red plants, the Withering that needs to be cleared in order to progress. You need to use a charged shot or arrow in order to break the plant so you can clear the Withering.
