The safe itself has the code on it, but it is in Binary. You need to head to the tech shop to get it figured out.

You will need to scratch the door and then walk in. Give him a second to move so you can go under his legs. Go upstairs and show the robot there the code. He will tell you that there was a meeting place at a bar. Head to the bar and jump up on the counter. Go to the end and hit the picture down to reveal a code. For me it was 1-2-83.

Return to the safe and input the code. Inside you will find some more sheet music and you can give it to the guy right up the stairs. There are 8 pieces of sheet music total so this might be your last one.
