In collaboration with the organisation and its parent company, GameSquare Esports, Fisher will host and participate in a range of esports and gaming events involving other content creators under the Complexity banner. According to a release, Fisher joining takes the organisation’s number of aggregate social media followers to over 100m.

Fisher isn’t the first notable figure to become a part-owner of the organisation. In September 2021, content creator Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar joined Complexity as a part-owner and brand partner to bring ‘immediate revenue opportunities’ to the organisation.

Fisher first worked with the organisation through Fourth Frame Studios, its dedicated content studio. As the Creative Advisor for Original IP Development, he lends his expertise to create original content for streaming platforms. In addition, the new part-owner of Complexity is launching a new merchandise range in collaboration with manga artist Tai Aoki.

2022 is proving fruitful for Complexity. In the first six months of the year, the organisation has secured partnerships with NFT platform ARterra, mobile and computer manufacturer Lenovo, and has expanded its existing deal with the U.S. Army.

Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare Esports, spoke on Fisher joining Complexity in a release: “With his unparalleled talent and innovative approach to content creation, the addition of Fisher strengthens Complexity’s portfolio of distinguished talent and broadens the organization’s appeal to new audiences.”

“Our partnership with him will ensure Complexity and GameSquare remain at the cutting edge as traditional entertainment and gaming continue to converge.”
