Bandai Namco has been going a bit mad with all these Tekken 8 character trailers, but we’re certainly not complaining. Each familiar face we’ve seen so far has been looking good, and that streak continues with Mexican wrestler and Tekken legend, King.
He looks to be a very heavy hitter, as fans might expect, and the devs have gone to town on all the hit effects. We really like the showmanship on display in this trailer; with King grabbing a microphone and hyping up the crowd, the game’s leaning more into his wrestler persona. And of course, it’s always good to hear his growls and roars are present and correct.
