Rogue vs Fnatic

Predictions: Fnatic to win

Odds:  1.41

Betting Site: Odds provided by GG.bet

When: September 10, 2022 – 17:00 CEST

The final series of the Lower-Bracket pits Fnatic and Rogue against each other. Both teams have secured their slots at Worlds 2022. However, this match is crucial for both the league championship and the seed in the tournament. The winner of the series will face G2 Esports in the Grand Final.

The LEC Summer 2022 season did not go well for Fnatic. The roster they built at the beginning of the year and got a good result in the first season failed to show the desired performance in the second season of the year. Lagging behind their opponents in terms of gameplay, the team lost too many games they shouldn’t have lost, putting their playoff chances in jeopardy. So much so that they almost lost the possibility of making the playoffs, but their wins in the last weeks were enough to make them 5th.

While most people didn’t give them much of a chance for the playoffs, the European giant surprised everyone by beating Excel 3-2, then Misfits Gaming 3-0 and finally MAD Lions 3-1 to start a great streak.

On the Rogue side, things have been up and down throughout the season. Normally famous for dominating the group stage, the team failed to do so this time around. Nevertheless, the quality of the players helped them enter the playoffs in a good position. However, after defeating MAD Lions here, they lost 3-0 to G2, relegating them to the lower-bracket. Fnatic comes into this series on a hot streak, so the odds are on their side.

100 Thieves vs Evil Geniuses

Predictions: 100 Thieves to win

League of Legends Odds: 1.36

Betting Site: Odds provided by GG.bet

When: September 11, 2022 – 00:00 CEST

The top 2 finishers of the regular season will face off in the lower-bracket to survive the playoff race. Season winner Evil Geniuses had to start the playoffs on the wrong foot with a shock loss to Cloud9. Immediately afterward, they struggled mightily in the lower-bracket and managed to get past TSM to reach the lower finals.

100 Thieves, on the other hand, continued to suffer from loss of focus in their series. Especially in the first Liquid series, they couldn’t close the match despite taking a 2-0 lead and barely won 3-2. Immediately after that, they lost 3-1 against Cloud9.

Coming into the Lower final, neither team is in top form. It’s going to be a fun series to watch, but at the same time, both teams are very mistake-prone. It’s hard to predict who will survive this fight.

Fenerbahçe Esports vs Istanbul Wildcats

LoL PredictionsIstanbul Wildcats to win

Odds: 1.35

When: September 10, 2022 – 19:30 CEST

Unlike other leagues in Europe, it’s finals time in the Turkish League of Legends Professional League TCL. On one side of the finals, we have Istanbul Wildcats, the long-time champions of the league who have never made it to Worlds, and on the other side, we have Fenerbahçe Esports, the team that made it this far by pulling off a miracle.

The yellow navy blue team has had a terrible start to TCL Summer 2022. Struggling to get a win, the team ended each week with consecutive losses and was at the bottom of the league. Midway through the season, the team made some changes to their roster and brought in Korean players. These changes made a difference in the first week, but after that Fenerbahce continued to lose again. Until the last day of the last week, it was not clear whether the team would make the playoffs or not.

When it came to the playoffs, no one expected any success from Fenerbahce. Until they eliminated Dark Passage and then NASR Esports. Now all eyes are on them.

Although one step away from a miracle, Istanbul Wildcats is the favorite in this series.
