Lords Mobile Developer IGG Has Worked With Make-A-Wish International To Donate Thousands

IGG donated $120,000 to Make-A-Wish International during Thanksgiving last year to round off a busy couple of years of charitable initiatives. And that’s only the start.

In case you don’t know, IGG is the company behind hits like Lords Mobile, the hugely popular strategy MMO.

This title, along with the rest of IGG’s library, is a masterful exercise in polished presentation, deep gameplay, and accessibility. There’s plenty to enjoy for beginners and veterans alike.

Anyway, we’re not really here to talk about them, and we’re here to talk about charity.

This isn’t the first time IGG has put its hands in its pockets; it has supported many charitable initiatives over the last few years.

In March 2020, IGG pledged a massive donation to Make-A-Wish International through its aptly named Childhood Playground campaign. This saw Lords Mobile fans competing to design a castle skin that players could buy at the in-game store, with all proceeds going to the charity.

IGG has recently supported reforestation charity WeForest with a special Earth Day pack, funding 50,000 new trees in 2021 alone in Ethiopia’s precious Desa’a forest.

And then, later on, last year, they worked with Make-A-Wish International again, donating $120,000 to the charity via their Lords Mobile players. They asked gamers to collect hearts in-game, which grew the donation amount. Lovely.

And we’re told that there will be some big celebrations for Lords Mobile’s 6th Anniversary this February.

To do your bit for any future initiatives, make sure you download Lords Mobile on iOS, Android, or Steam.
