NBA Top Betting Games of the Week 6 Weekend

The Phoenix Suns continue to be the hottest team in the NBA right now, turning a 1-3 start into a 15-3 record with a 14-game winning streak. They’re still a game back of the 16-2 Golden State Warriors, though. The Houston Rockets finally won their second game of the year, so now the team in the West on the longest skid is the San Antonio Spurs, losers of six in a row and eight of ten. In the East, the Brooklyn Nets have won four in a row to shoot up to the top of the standings, as the Washington Wizards have dropped two straight and fallen from first to fourth. The Atlanta Hawks have won six in a row to move into a three-team logjam at 10-9 in eighth place, while the Cleveland Cavaliers have dropped five in a row.

Let’s look at some primo online NBA betting picks for this weekend.

NBA News: Top Betting Games of the Weekend

Milwaukee Bucks at Denver Nuggets

Friday, November 26 | 9:00 pm ET, NBA TV
The Milwaukee Bucks stumbled out to a 6-8 start, bedeviled by injuries, but they have put together a five-game winning streak, starting with the Lakers and then proceeding through a set of bottom-feeders — Oklahoma City, Orlando (twice) and Detroit. They rolled over the Pistons, 114-93, on Wednesday. The Bucks got off to a hot start and went into the locker room up 64-52, thanks to 35 points from Bobby Portis and Giannis Antetokounmpo combined. The two ended up combining for 61 points, 17 rebounds, six assists, two steals and two blocks, going 22 of 31 from the floor. The performance by Giannis was especially impressive as he had to patrol the lane in the absence of Brook Lopez.

Denver is a team headed in the opposite direction, as a 9-4 start has turned into a 9-9 record, with losses to Dallas, Philadelphia, Chicago, Phoenix and Portland, including a 119-100 beating at the hands of the Trail Blazers on Tuesday. Jeff Green had 24 points to lead the Nuggets, but the game really fell apart in the second quarter, as Denver led 49-48 with 3:35 remaining, but Portland went on an 18-3 run to close out the first half with four three-balls from Damian Lillard. The injury list grew, as P.J. Dozier went down with a knee injury. He joins Nikola Jokic (wrist), Jamal Murray (knee), Michael Porter Jr (back) and Bones Hyland (ankle) on the injury report. It didn’t help that Denver also turned the ball over 19 times.

Phoenix Suns at Brooklyn Nets

Saturday, November 27 | 7:30 pm ET, NBA TV
Phoenix’s amazing run continued on Wednesday in Cleveland as Devin Booker went off for 35 in a 120-115 win over the Cavaliers. Chris Paul dished out a dozen assists and knocked down four free throws in the last 8.8 seconds of regulation. It helped that Cleveland’s Ricky Rubio clanked three free throws in the waning seconds, but the streak continued. Paul had 17 points on the night, and JaVale McGee came off the bench to put up 13 points and a dozen rebounds in 20 minutes. The Suns visit the Knicks on Friday before heading across town to face the Nets on the second night of a back-to-back.

Brooklyn has won four in a row, including a 123-104 win in Boston on Wednesday. Kevin Durant moved past Allen Iverson to take over the 25th spot in all-time scoring. Patty Mills added 23 points, and James Harden put up 20 points and 11 assists. LaMarcus Aldridge chipped in 17 points and nine boards. The Nets jumped out to an 11-point lead in the first quarter, pushing it to 17 in the second. They opened the second half on an 18-3 run, pushing the lead as wide as 29. Can the Nets end the Suns’ streak?

Final Score Prediction: Brooklyn 121, Phoenix 118: Bet the Game Today
