Remember those optional challenges Horizon Zero Dawn had spread throughout its map? Horizon Forbidden West has them too. The latest trailer out of Guerrilla Games takes a deep dive into the sort of activities you can expect, as well as sharing a sneak peek at the upgrades you’ll be rewarded with for completing them. Melee pits, hunting grounds, salvage contracts, and the all-new arena are all detailed.
It looks like Horizon Forbidden West will be packed full of entertaining things to see and do off the beaten path, offering an alternative to the main story. The game launches for PlayStation 5 and PS4 on 18th February 2022, but we will have a comprehensive review for you to read before then.
