Star Ocean: The Divine Force has been announced by Tri-Ace and Square Enix during Sony’s State of Play, and it has been confirmed for PS4 and PS5 in 2022. Star Ocean: The Divine Force will have players exploring various worlds and have various quests to take on, while looking for answers to an attack. You can check out the trailer below which shows elements of the story, as well as exploration of large open areas.
Here is the small blurb for Star Ocean: The Divine Force. “Featuring a story that blends fantasy and a sci-fi settings, a plethora of different playable characters and side stories, and a unique battle system that allows for thrilling fights using simple and instinctive controls.”
The last game that was released was Star Ocean First Departure R, a remake of the 1996 Star Ocean. The plot of Star Ocean First Departure R follows Roddick as he searches for a cure to a disease which takes him and his companions all across the stars.
