Another game, another potentially thrilling contest, and the Roosters and Rabbitohs step out opposite each other for the second time in as many weeks on Sunday afternoon.

The Roosters have been one of, if not the formed side of the competition for the last six weeks, and they’ve dealt some truly destructive defeats to credible clubs. They will be without star back Joseph Manu this week – will that be enough to see Souths bridge the 10-point gap of Round 25?

Souths have been there or thereabouts since the middle of the season, and they’ve returned some Premiership-quality performances since the return of Latrell Mitchell. That being said, I do think that there is a class difference between them in current form and the clubs at the very top of the pecking order, and I think that they’ve potentially drawn the worst possible opponent this week, in what is a do-or-die clash.
