What is TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection?

Konami partnered up with developer Digital Eclipse to bring these retro games to modern platforms. Digital Eclipse knows its way around modernizing older games while retaining what made them great in the first place. This is the same company behind the Mega Man Legacy Collection, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, The Disney Afternoon Collection, and more.

Like those other collections, the Cowabunga Collection includes a number of quality-of-life improvements. You can rewind or save at any time. You can map the buttons, and some of the games have new online multiplayer capabilities.

Each game also includes a digital game guide with tips on how to get through old-school-hard parts. Also included in the bundle is a Museum where you can find TMNT media from the cartoons and comics, plus design materials like development art and sketches used to create these games.
