Media reports on Monday revealed the Lithuanian Gambling Supervisory Authority’s latest fine against Top Sport follows €25,000 and €15,000 ($16,028) fines in February and April, respectively, for alternately breaching remote and promotional gaming rules.

Making it fine three for 2023 was Top Sport getting caught allowing three underage individuals, including at least one minor, to enter one of its retail slot machine arcades.

the three remained in the slots arcade for over two hours

The Authority’s continued probe revealed the three remained in the slots arcade for over two hours. That Top Sport didn’t attempt to eject the three violates Lithuanian laws on underage gambling. The Authority also found Top Sport in breach of a customer check of the trio upon entry and for not displaying any warning notices about the potential dangers and risks of gambling.
