TSM considering making big roster plans after failing to qualify to VCT Stage 1

The changes include a roster overhaul and moving the team to Austin, Texas.

TSM’s VALORANT team is not having a good start to 2022. The VCT 2022 Stage 1 qualifiers for North America is coming to a close – and unfortunately, the team did not manage to qualify for it as they were knocked out in the second qualifier by Built by Gamers.

A statement by TSM’s VP of Esports Dominic Kallas on Twitter hints that the team will be making some big changes to the VALORANT roster due to their mediocre outing in Stage 1.

The steps to be taken include a “full agency” to the VALORANT GM on the roster line-up, moving the team to Austin for better communication and management, and confirmation that the team will be participating in the upcoming events to qualify for VCT 2022.

The move to Austin, Texas will also involve a culture reset, which hopefully will be helpful for the players, and also improve their teamwork.
