After spending a lot of time in silence, Paradox Interactive CEO Fredrik Wester took to Twitter to state that development on Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is still ongoing, and that it is “in good hands”.
Wester has stated that while the team isn’t yet ready to show off any of the game just yet, Paradox will announce things for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 when the company is ready. Currently, no details on the studio working on Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has been revealed.
Last year, Wester had mentioned that while Paradox had come close to cancelling the project after losing its original developer Hardsuit Labs, development on the game since then was going well and that the company was happy with its progress.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is in development for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Set in the World of Darkness universe, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will have players take on the role of a freshly-sired vampire.
The game is in good hands and we look forward to showing you more when the team and the game is ready.
