Now that you’re back at the main entrance of the house from the end of our Visage Chapter 3 Rakan Walkthrough Guide: Part One, it’s time to continue the Visage Rakan story.
After the scene is over, and you are in control of your character again, take a right and go up the stairs. Be careful, the Rakan chapter has you walking around in almost complete darkness, which will affect your sanity, so try to keep your eyes trained on the brain icon. If you’ve gotten this far without picking up the Garage Key in Visage, then check out our guide on getting that first.
Now that you have everything you need after watching the Rakan cutscene at the bottom of the stairs, head up the stairs and turn right. Walk down the hall a couple of steps and look left. You will see a door with an eye drawing.
If you turn on the light near the door, you will see that it is not a drawing at all. The eye door in Visage really is alive. If you move around, the eye will follow you.
If you are facing the eye door, then turn around. You will notice a portrait staring back at you. If you notice, this portrait also has an eye on it.
Walk up to the portrait and interact with the eye. The eye will disappear. If you are stuck on the Visage Rakan chapter, then it is understandable. If you did not have your lighter out or your brightness high enough, then you would have missed this.
If you turn around, you will notice the eye door no longer has an eye. This is how you unlock the eye door in Visage. This is not the last time you will run into this type of puzzle, so it is important to keep a sharp eye open while progressing through Visage.
When you pass through the eye door, you will enter an office with a wheelchair to the right. Interacting with the wheelchair will trigger a cutscene.
Part of the cutscene covers a dream sequence after a figure breaks into the office. Two doctors are talking during this cutscene, which starts to give a little context to explaining Rakan’s story.
