Watch 25 Minutes of Final Fantasy 16 PS5 Gameplay in Glorious 4K

At the time of writing this article, many of you will have only just finished watching the Final Fantasy XVI State of Play broadcast live — but for those who haven’t, and for those who simply want to watch it all again, PlayStation has uploaded the full video in glorious 4K resolution. The action RPG already looked ridiculous on stream — and now it looks downright jaw-dropping.

If you missed the live event, allow us to quickly recap what was shown. We basically got 25 minutes of (edited) gameplay footage, which covered combat, exploration, and RPG elements. It’s essentially everything that we’ve been told about Final Fantasy XVI up until this point, smashed together into one big presentation. If you haven’t been keeping up with the game, it’s definitely worth watching.

We think Final Fantasy XVI continues to look stunning. We had it pegged as a potential Game of the Year candidate after our hands on with an unfinished build back in February, and now we can’t wait to dive into the full release in June.
