When is the Next Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift?

Nintendo frequently releases Mystery Gifts available for players in their main series Pokémon games. These Mystery Gifts come about consistently and anyone with the game and a viable internet connection can receive them.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the most recent releases in the Pokémon series, have multiple Mystery Gifts that players can get upon booting up their copy on their Nintendo Switch. Mystery Gifts have been a staple for the games dating back to much earlier Pokémon games in the series.

While we don’t know when the next Mystery Gifts will release for people who have bought North American copies of the game, there have been several Mystery Gift events for the Japanese copies of the game.

The events seem to be available on a monthly basis, with, as of today, there being four available gifts for players to get. Miscellaneous sandwich ingredients, a Flying-type tera type Pikachu, and others.

To receive Mystery Gifts players need to do the following:

1. Boot up their Pokémon Scarlet and/or Violet
2. Go into the game
3. Click Poké Portal
4. Choose whichever option the gift is available under
5. Get your gift!

Mystery Gift events for Pokémon games appear frequently and go on for months, and sometimes years, after the game’s initial launch.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet were released for the Nintendo Switch on Nov. 18.
