There are a lot of evolution items in the new Switch remakes of classic Pokémon. The Razor Claw can be pretty useful, as can the Up-Grade for Porygon fans. Evolution stones can be found in a few locations in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, as well as randomly in the Grand Underground. The Electirizer is one of more difficult ones to get. You could use the digging mini-game in the Grand Underground to try and find it. Diggers will be needed for this, and possibly a lot of them. Getting the Electrizer can take a lot of time and luck with this method, but it seems much more consistent compared to the other option.
The second option to find it is to get a wild Elekid. Like some other evolution items, there’s a small chance that a certain monster can be caught while holding said item. It’s also important to note that Elekid is a Pokémon Brilliant Diamond exclusive, so you will likely need to trade for it with someone who has the other version if you want to get the item and the Elekid.
