AS Roma is one of the biggest clubs in Serie A and is coming off winning the first Europa Conference League trophy in 2022. However, the club has not featured in EA Sports FIFA since FIFA 20, due to not having a license agreement with EA.
While the players still are available to use in FIFA, the club’s crest, kits, stadium, and name have been excluded from FIFA 21 and FIFA 22, being replaced with a mock club, Roma FC. Will AS Roma be in FIFA 23?

Roma will be one of a few clubs from the Serie A who remain unlicensed in FIFA 23. Therefore, they will again be excluded from FIFA 23. The Stadio Olimpico will also remain called the Stadion Olympik.
Roma is currently in a long-term license agreement with Konami, creators of PES. The exact end date for the partnership is unclear, so we do not expect to see Roma’s official badge, kits, stadium and name to feature in Ultimate Team for a while.
The same goes for other Serie A Clubs Atalanta and Lazio, as well as newly unlicensed Napoli.
