Shapeshifters arrived in FIFA 22 on June 17, bringing new upgraded cards to the game with plenty of position changes. Team 3 launched on July 1, replacing Team 2 and introducing more players and Shapeshifter Heroes.
Leakers have been very accurate throughout FIFA 22, especially during the Shapeshifters promo. Now, leaks suggest a new squad of Shapeshifters still waiting to be released. Will there be a Shapeshifters Team 4 in FIFA 22?

According to leaker FutSheriff on Twitter, Shapeshifters will probably have a Team 4. While leaking Team 3 to his followers, FutSheriff also revealed the possibility of a fourth team, however, players have yet to be leaked from the team.
Very few times in FIFA have we had a promo last longer than four teams. Longer promos are usually saved for the summers in FUT, so the leak is very possible to be true. Shapeshifters heroes came in Team 3, so the possibilities for team 4 are endless.
Many popular players in FUT could use a new special card, such as popular Real Madrid LB Ferland Mendy and others. Perhaps we even see Shapeshifters incorporate Icons into the fray. With so many players overtaking icons as the best cards in the game, EA will surely like to make sure that the Icon cards remain the best possible cards in the game.
For example, imagine a Shapeshifted Pablo Maldini at LB or a Prime Icon Moments Shapeshifted David Beckham at CM, upgrading his mid-icon by plenty of stats.
