‘Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel’ Adds New Solo Mode Content, Structure Deck, and XYZ Festival Today on All Platforms

Following the worldwide rollout of Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel (Free) on iOS and Android after the initial launch, Konami has begun the first in-game event for the game on all platforms. This event is the XYZ Festival that arrives alongside a new solo mode ‘gate’ and more. At launch, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel crossed 260k concurrent players on Steam, and it has been doing well ever since with more than 160k players on Steam right now. The Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel XYZ Festival lets you collect medals during duels to unlock more items. The new Gate solo mode has added story content, duel missions, and rewards focussing on the Lightsworn deck type. The Rage of Cipher structure deck featuring the Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon card and more is available to acquire in-game right now with today’s event as well. To celebrate the game’s first new event, you can login to claim 500 Gems. The XYZ Festival is on from now until February 23rd or 24th depending on your region featuring new restrictions like only allowing XYZ monsters in extra decks, and more. Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel has full cross platform support for progression and you can get it on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. It is worth noting that if you do plan on playing it, you should try out the game on other platforms because there are some bonuses like PlayStation Plus subscribers getting free bonuses in-game.
