Philadelphia Fusion, London Spitfire hire new head coaches

Most of the focus during the Overwatch League offseason is normally on player moves, but building a better coaching staff is also critically important for future success. Fessor joins Astralis Talent

The 20-year old will fill the spot left by the benching of Mads "⁠vester⁠" Vestergaard in the squad. Astralis Talent have announced the signing of Frederik "⁠Fessor⁠" Sørensen ahead of their clash against MASONIC in the Power Liga. The young rifler has joined the squad only five days after the benching of vester following the team's poor performances at WePlay Academy League Season 2 and the DreamHack Open November 2021 qualifiers. Hangzhou Spark drops 4 players before 2022 Overwatch League season

Most of the Hangzhou Spark’s 2021 Overwatch League offseason will likely be spent looking for support players considering the team’s most recent roster changes.  The Spark is parting ways with DPS Seo “SeoMinSoo” Min-soo, flex support Tong “ColdEst” Xiaodong, and main supports Liu “M1ka” Jiming and Park “idk” Ho-jin, the team announced today. MAD Lions part ways with tudsoN

The Spanish organization has announced the release of the 21-year old from his contract. Filip "⁠tudsoN⁠" Tudev has left MAD Lions after being part of the organization since March 2021, when the organization signed a new European roster. The Toronto Defiant is clearly looking to start anew before the Overwatch League swaps to Overwatch 2 in 2022.
