The Thieves surprise many with a quick 3-0 sweep in their first match. Ahead of the Stage 2 Major, the LA Thieves announced a roster change. In their second roster change of the season, Austin “Slasher” Liddicoat was moved to the bench, while Zack “Drazah” Jordan came to the starting roster. Los Angeles (LA) Thieves have benched Austin “SlasheR” Liddicoat ahead of the Stage 2 Major after he struggled to perform alongside his teammates during Stage 2. In his last three matches against London Royal Ravens, Atlanta FaZe and Los Angeles Guerrillas SlasheR posted below a 0.87 kill/death ratio. with his worst performance against London dropping as low as0.72 KD overall. Zack “Drazah” Jordan will replace SlasheR for the Stage 2 Major after his performance in Challengers. Drazah and his Challengers teams have placed first at three different events this season.

WWE’s Xavier Woods to Host Competition Show on G4 This Fall

Gaming network G4 and WWE announced Monday a partnership to create a television show featuring Up Up Down Down host and wrestler Xavier Woods (also known as Austin Creed). The show will be a competition series featuring “the biggest content creators” from YouTube and Twitch, with Woods serving as the host. G4 said in a release that the show would air this fall.
