Dom har fallit i patent- och marknadsdomstolen i målet mellan Konsumentombudsmannen och Elec Games Ltd gällande måttfull spelreklam 22 november 2019 – Global Gamings maltesiska dotterbolag Elec Games Ltd stämdes i patent- och marknadsdomstolen i december 2018 av Konsumentombudsmannen som ansåg att Ninja Casinos marknadsföring stred mot kraven på måttfull spelreklam. It has come to our attention today that the Swedish Consumer Ombudsman considers Ninja Casino’s marketing to be in breach of legislation in terms of moderation in gaming advertising and that they intend to commence legal proceedings against our subsidiary Elec Games Ltd. According to the Consumer Ombudsman, this is the first time a case of this kind is being investigated and, as principal owner, we are now considering the matter and will report back as soon as we know more.
