It has come to our attention today that the Swedish Consumer Ombudsman considers Ninja Casino’s marketing to be in breach of legislation in terms of moderation in gaming advertising and that they intend to commence legal proceedings against our subsidiary Elec Games Ltd. According to the Consumer Ombudsman, this is the first time a case of this kind is being investigated and, as principal owner, we are now considering the matter and will report back as soon as we know more. Profit after tax increased to SEK 54.3 (37.0) million, corresponding to SEK 1.33 (0.96) per share. Cash flow from operations SEK 59.8 (60.8) million. Interim period, January – September 2018 Revenue increased to SEK 679.5 (283.4) million, corresponding to a growth of 140 percent. Operating profit SEK 130.6 (80.0) million, up 63 percent. Profit after tax SEK 109.0 (70.4) million, corresponding to SEK 2.70 (1.82) per share.
