K-pop girl group Aespa performed at the opening ceremony of the League of Legends: Wild Rift Southeast Asia Championship grand finals today. The popular group performed their hit single “Next Level” at the event. While the SEA Championship was played online, the four members of AESPA performed on a stage at an undisclosed location. Shanghai Dragons and LIP apologize for ‘inappropriate language’ heard on broadcast

The Shanghai Dragons issued an apology today on behalf of DPS player Lee “LIP” Jae-won after the player used “inappropriate language” during a Sept. 22 Overwatch League playoff broadcast. The awards are rolling in and Se-hyun “Pelican” Oh has been awarded the Overwatch League Rookie of the Year for the 2021 season. Before he joined the Atlanta Reign, Pelican played on the Contenders team O2 Blast, who had great success in the Korean Contenders circuit.
