Dom har fallit i patent- och marknadsdomstolen i målet mellan Konsumentombudsmannen och Elec Games Ltd gällande måttfull spelreklam 22 november 2019 – Global Gamings maltesiska dotterbolag Elec Games Ltd stämdes i patent- och marknadsdomstolen i december 2018 av Konsumentombudsmannen som ansåg att Ninja Casinos marknadsföring stred mot kraven på måttfull spelreklam.
