Best non-mechanical double-faced cards in MTG’s Innistrad: Midnight Hunt

Innistrad is known for its double-faced cards and most follow one of two mechanics for transforming: Daybound and Disturb. But there’s one cycle of five uncommon double-faced cards that don’t play by Innistrad: Midnight Hunt’s standards.  All of the creatures have a converted mana cost between one and three, and a distinctly unique way in which they transform into their powerful backside. All rare Werewolf cards in MTG’s Innistrad: Midnight Hunt

Werewolves are one of the flagship creatures of MTG’s plane Innistrad, and for the game’s latest trip to the plane, all five colors are receiving a transforming Werewolf creature. All five of the creature cards are rare Humans that transform back and forth between their Human and Werewolf forms via Daybound and Nightbound triggers. In MTG, Daybound is a transform trigger that comes if a player does not cast a spell during their turn. Conversely, Nightbound triggers transform a creature if a player casts multiple spells during their own turn.

Best colorless Limited Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Artifacts

There are only eight total colorless Artifacts within the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt set, and a few are worth picking up in Limited Draft.  Artifacts often get slotted into sideboards within the Limited format or are overlooked altogether. The Innistrad: Midnight Hunt (MID) meta may elevate several of the colorless cards due to graveyard hate, mana fixing for archetypes running three or more colors, and synergy with the new Daybound/Nightbound mechanic.  None of these colorless Artifacts are first picks, but there are a total of five that stand out as playable

Best Limited Green Common and Uncommon Innistrad: Midnight Hunt cards

Green Common and Uncommon Innistrad: Midnight Hunt cards fall slightly short of expectations associated with the Magic: The Gathering color while synergizing well with the colors Blue and Red.  Werewolves and “graveyard matters” builds will want to include the color Green within Innistrad: Midnight Hunt (MID) Draft. Green naturally pairs well with Red for a werewolf archetype utilizing the Daybound and Nightbound mechanic. Likewise, with self-mill and graveyard synergies in the color Blue. The Green and White archetype may have potential in conjunction with the MID mechanic Coven, depending on
