Grzegorz “\u2060SZPERO\u2060”<\/span> Dziama\u0142ek<\/a> has returned to competition and AWPing.<\/p>\n

Swedish esports organization 9INE<\/a> have returned to the Counter-Strike scene with a new Polish roster. Piotr “\u2060nawrot\u2060”<\/span> Nawrocki<\/a> from Illuminar<\/a> will be the coach of the new team, with SZPERO<\/a> set to become the in-game leader and main AWPer following a short stint as a free agent.<\/p>\n

Joining the 31-year-old from free agency is Krzysiek “\u2060Goofy\u2060”<\/span> Gorski<\/a> alongside young talents Kacper “\u2060Kylar\u2060”<\/span> Walukiewicz<\/a> and Kamil “\u2060KEi\u2060”<\/span> Pietkun<\/a>. Wiktor “\u2060mynio\u2060”<\/span> Kruk<\/a> rounds out the roster, forming a veteran duo with the captain.<\/p>\n

The roster’s core consists of players that shared the Anonymo<\/a> banner in 2021 but have since played for other teams such as MONKE<\/a> and Illuminar<\/a>. mynio<\/a> also temporarily played alongside SZPERO<\/a> and Goofy<\/a> at Wisla Krakow<\/a> in late 2021. The Polish organization recently shut down<\/a> its esports operation, releasing all its players at the end of July.<\/p>\n

Goofy<\/a> and KEi<\/a> currently display the highest ratings of the lineup in 2022, with 1.07 and 1.08 respectively, but it’s worth noting that only the former and SZPERO<\/a> have more than 32 maps played this year.<\/p>\n

“I’m really excited to join new team 9INE! Thank you for your trust and thanks to my great teammates for giving me a chance. I’m super happy to play AWP again. I really missed it,” announced SZPERO<\/a> on Twitter.<\/p>\n

“I’m grateful for the opportunity and I believe that with this lineup we can achieve every goal we set if we get things right,” added coach nawrot<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new roster is set to debut at ESL Challenger League Season 42 Europe, starting on August 16.<\/p>\n
